Gutshot 1 Deer 0......

While setting up on a small flat last evening I had a spike come in from behind my stand and I double lunged him at 25 yards. No trouble following that bloodtrail.

Actuually the buck did end up going about 100 yard before dying but beleive me there was no trouble tracking him.

I know the story was short but I didn't want to go through how I sat on stand for 10 hours with not so much as a doe coming by befroe the spike made his fatal decision!:)I'm a man of few words.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
