Cheap digital scouting camera

I want to buy a cheap digital scouting camera. I've look at Stealth 1.3 Moultrie 1.3 and the Wildview 2.0. What are some of your thoughts on this cameras. Does anyone of them eat batteries more than the other.

I got a moultrie 100 for X-mas and it works great. This is the first I have owned but so far so good. In the last 2 nights I have captured 16 pictures of deer. The photo quality is good and it seems like it will be hard on batteries but don't forget that it is resonably cold at night and it has taken about 25 pictures (inculding me playing around with it in the driveway) . The date is one day behind but that was soon corrected.

I just got a Moultrie 1.3 and put it inthe woods just behind my
house just to get used to using it. It took about 16 pictures in the
last 2 days of a crow, a coon and a squirrel. It seems to take pretty
good pictures and is fairly easy to operate. I would say not bad for
the price. The picture of the coon was at night so the flash seemed
to work good also.

I would love to buy one but none of them are cheap enough for me to donate to the local thieves. I was doing some quick scouting last week and found a fresh Busch Light beer can less than 20yds from one of my bow stands. This is a very long ways from the road on private property. I can image what would have happened if a trail cam would have been there. I probably wouldn't have it anymore[:'(]Maybe if they make make one completely theft proof;)

Spiffy what kind of branches are those that those deer seem so interested in? did you pile them there?

Wow guys I have always wondered what the pics from those 1.3 pictures look like and hot damn they look pretty good. I will definetly invest in those. Is there some way you can rig the camera up so when it is stolen it will not operate?

Those branches in the photo are cedar. IN the winter the deer seem to go crazy for them and since they don't have to reach they come right to my pile. I also attract them with hay, apples, and grains. I got 6 more of the higher 8 point last night and 3 of a fawn.
