Although this is a bowhunting forum I figured you all would appreciate the size of this buck. I recieved a call from my friend telling me that I had to see this buck that his brother in law shot while shotgun hunting[:'(]. Wish it was taken by bow but O'well. Luckily I had my camera with me. It was shot in southern Iowa and gross scored 198". Man I'm jealous! Enjoy the picture.

I agree with you dohcrxl. But you have to admit he is an awesome animal. I don't want to take away from the guy who shot this because who knows. Maybe nobody ever introduced him to bowhunting.

I bet the buck would have enjoyed a broadhead to heart much better. You can tell by the way his tongue is hanging out that he died a shameful death at the hands of a gun hunter.
