should i stay closer to the open fields or go deep into the woods to get in the cover
the trails i set up on for rifle season were well traveled but when we lost the leaves they quit useing them so were should i go

practice with the bow alot, i am new to bow hunting and shooting targets is very important, it is only fair to the deer that you prepare yourself to make an ethical shoot.

with bow hutning i like to set up in the woods, it provides a little better cover, but be sure to clear some shooting lanes once ur in your stand.

good luck

The most important thing is to practice. ANd when you think your good practice some more. I usually set up along the woodline of the field or right off the edge.

Good Luck
