1st time bowhunting in snow
 

Well I'm heading out to see what I can do in the snow. This is my first snow bowhunt. I mainly just want to look for tracks and new trails. Wish me luck:D

Love hunting in snow. Great for tracking or finding trails. Plus the deer show up alot better. Can be noisy getting to and from your stand. Snow can be kind of crunchy.

Just got back. Not that long of a hunt b/c I left to late. I did not see any deer but I did follow some tracks to where one had bedded down.

I'm sure everything heard me anyway. The snow was very crunchy.

Nothing better that hunting in the snow. The deer stick out like a big zit on a 15 year old boy's nose.

I too love hunting in the snow! I have yet to get one with snow on the ground. Hopefully this late season I will get lucky!!!!!

I love hunting in the snow, it leaves evidence of the signs thats taken place when I'm not there. Dress for the conditions using clothing that you can sit in at long periods of time immoblie and practice shooting in winter clothing.

Hunting in the snow is great! I went out last night with the old slug gun since its still in season, I didn't see any though. But heard a few shots on the adjacent farm.
