I have a Summit viper xl and like it very well this is my second year with it. I think the main thing with climbers is practice with them until you are comfortable in it. Only then will you feel at ease in a tree. I think that it is personal as to which one you get I checked out about all the ones on the market and felt the Summit was the one for me. Like I said just Practice and wear the full body harness it could save your life. Be SAFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good hunting!!!!!!!
