MN Gun Season Buck
Hey Guys,
Been a while. Not much time for the computersince I've beenhunting constantly. I shot an 11 pt during mn gun season, but I still have my archery tag cause I had my friend tag it. Not quite what I was looking for, but other than that I've gotten a couple of does and still hitting it pretty hard. Well, good luck to you all and here's a pic of that buck.

RE: MN Gun Season Buck
Thanks for your replies fellas.
In response to Iowabob, I didn't have him aged, but I'm pretty sure it is a 2 and 1/2 year old deer. However, that's primarily a guess.
TimmerMNBowhunter and Tribal,
I hunt the southeastern corner of MN in Houston and Winona Counties. I say he wasn't quite what I was looking for because I have some trail cam pics of much bigger bucks. I do still have my archery tag, so its not over yet.
Good Luck everyone!

In Minnesota you can tag another persons deer, they call it "party hunting", as long as you follow the regulations of party hunting then yes, you can tag it. I had to refer back to the regulations to double check if you had to use your tag first before being able to tag anothers, but I didn't see anywhere where it said that.
