Let the hunt begin
Well my time of excitement is here, I have waited long enough. One week straight of nothing but pure stand time. No work, no worries, and especially no nagging from the lady about "I think you love bow hunting more than me!" Which my reply is "This time of the year honey you are in a tie with hunting!" When that sun peaks its little head up tomorrow from the eastern sky I might just fall in love all over again! The sick part of it is, I was supposed to have off today but I had a meeting at work today I had to attend. So on my way to work I drive past my stand and sure enough the monster was within 30 yards of it chasing a doe. So today in the meeting I let everyone know how much of dedicated employee I am because they cost me the buck of a life time. Trust me this deer is pushing the 200's! I hope he is there this weekend and I will keep you posted!
