A Wife That Loves to Track Deer---Buck Down!
 

Alright, my wife loves to go tracking deer after i've hit one. So I had a good shot tonight on a nice 8 pointer this evening. Hooked up with the wifey and began the tracking job or should I say she started to track the deer. About 20 yards from where i shot the buck on a very tiny rock, she announces that she has found blood---i mean a speck. She slowly works the very limited blood trail for about 50 yards. Little Blood here Little Blood there---at this time her flashlight was going dim so I gave her mine. I'm just a bystander at best. Finally, some good blood starts to show up and she leads me another 75 yards to the buck. She earned this buck just as much as I did. Honestly, my wife treats tracking a deer like a crime scene, it's amazing. Good Luck To ALL!
