Default Advice for Today

Last night I went to walmart and bought some tinks #69 doe in rut (1 fl. oz), and some tinks scent bombs. I guess you could call me a rookie so I have some questions. I've heard of people mixing water in with the tinks #69, should I put and water in with it, if so how much?
I'm going to head out this afternoon to go hunt. Has anyone been seeing in rutting action here in Kansas?

Not much reason to dilute your 69, it doesn't take much of it to work!

I was back in KS. last weekend for 4 days, Cloud and Ottowa county, and I never saw any rutting action. There was a lot of rubbing and scrapes being made though. A friend of mine, however, shot a real nice buck that same weekend in Washington county, and he said it was chasing a doe. If they aren't cranked up yet in your area, they should be any day. I will be back again next weekend to fill a couple more tags I hope. I got two doe last trip!
