Hunting in long Island Need tips

I am a new hunter as if you did not notice. I am going to be hunting in long island tomorrow(rocky Point). I was wondering should i use tink 69 rattle or call in using my deer call or should i find a nice spot and just wait to see something. Could really use a point in the right direction.

I would just sit and watch. Work that other stuff in after you get a little tree time under your belt.
