Im very new to bowhunting and love it!! I took my first this year and time is running out soo soon. How affective is the late season. Im not sure if this applies in all states(Michigan here). Do you see alot of activity ect.. I really wana pursue getting a nice one this year...any comments or opinions throw em at me!!

Im also planning on getting a new more high tech bow within a week.. I know its all about you should shoot it and see if ya like it... But id appreciate if you could just tell me some good models thanks!!.:)

We need to know how much you plan to spend among other things. Also it may be a bit late to think about going afeild with new equipment you are not familiar with. Stick with the bow you have to hunt with and practice with your new rig. Making changes at this late date could be troublesome.

Id like to not spend more then 800......I would have from Nov-15-Dec1st to practice since i plan on hunting the late season. Any tips for this yet? thanks

The more you hunt the more deer you will kill. Late season can be really good because the under brush and browse dies off and the deer are moving all aroung to feed. If you have a corn or bean field where the picker didn't pick it clean they will be heading for that for sure. I really like my Mathews Switchback, it throws darts it is super fast and ther is zero hand shock no doubt. Hoyt, Bowtech, PSE etc all make a great bow too. But they ain't no switchback. IMHO
