Any bucks around???
 

I have hunted this area every weekend for two months and have seen many does and fawns but no bucks at all. There must be a buck in the area b/c of all the fawns i've seen. I only have 160 acres but it has good food on both sides of a creek that always has water, the only timber is by the creek but it is at least 50 to 75 yards wide and very thick. Doesn't there have to be a buck around somewhere??? At least one????

Im sure there are. Most the bucks I have seen this year have been really late or early. The game cam we have set up has caught several bucks after dark.

the rut is getting started and more and bigger bucks are showing up. stick it out. your area sounds great. just a matter of time and not getting busted going to your stand. you might look for another location within your area as they may have you patterned.
