fletching

how many of you guys re-fletch your own carbon arrows, and do you have to sand them down a little before you do?

RE: fletching

I've fletched hundreds of arrows including carbon over the years. I don't like to sand them. I use acetone or alcohol and wipe them down as well as wiping down the fletching itself. I'v had little to no problem with fletch not staying put. If I do sand them, which I've done, it's very light just to clean the arrow and then still wipe them down with acetone or alcohol as well as the fletch.
