I know you can't really help me with the little amount of info i am providing, but i am frustrated that my game camera is getting pics but when i sit, i am not seeing deer. I have sat seven times and have not seen a deer yet. I know there are deer in the area, but something is not right. I am hunting the wind, though it does tend to swirl a bit. This weekend, I even tried sitting longer, stayed till noon, and not luck.
I don't spend much time worrying about scent control b/c by the time I get to my stand, I am soaking wet sweating from this hot Florida climate. However, I try to pay close attention to the wind. I think part of my problem is, I am setting up too close to the intended path of travel, attempting to make for a nice easy archery shot at 20 yds. I probably need to back up.

tealboy;I also hunt in the hot Fla. weather.since the first day,the only two deer I have saw was the two bucks I took.
My wife has saw several on the plot, but not me. it is really hot and what deer we saw was late in the morning.
Don't give up,they will come sooner or later.
I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest
remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.
