Just thought I would say hello. I am from the Hudson Valley NY area with property in Hurley and Phoenicia. I tend not to hunt locally anymore since both of my treestands were stolen last season (including a 2 man ladder stand for my wife and I). I am 30 years old and the largest critter taken with my bow was in 2000, a 336 pound female black bear off of Mt. Tremper in Ulster county NY. I just recently aquired a new bow from a relative that I will be sighting in tonight. It's a Fred Bear buckmaster that was found in a garbage dumpster.....LOL... Until then I have been shooting a 16 yr old PSE pulsar (does the trick but old indeed)... I'm always looking for hunting partners as not many people around here I know of like to bow hunt.. guess the challenge is too much for them. Ok, thats enough.. This seems like a great forum with alot of great info.. thanks for reading

I too shoot the buckmaster bow ,I have 2 of them great shooter's.
