Well I went to wallie world and bought some Tinks #69 and one of the "lil cans". I have been using the doe bleat call that you blow into, i think Lohman(its older). Well I have been hunting over scrapes in the evenings. I dont have class tuesday so Ill get to hunt the morning over the scrapes. Do you guys think it would be worth a shot to put out the Tinks even though the rut isnt until mid november sometime? PPL around my area said they have seen bucks trying to mount does and numerous bucks chasing does.

I think it would be a little early to use the Tinks.
I'd wait another week or so if it was me.

But, you never know, you might get a buck fooled into thinking a doe came into heat early?

Do you think it would scare him off? I wouldnt think it would. He might be like, "damn already"? But thats why Im asking. Thanks.

I could be wrong I am no expert. But if bucks are chasing does and trying to mount them I belive its time for a sex attractent. The bucks are ready and looking for a reseptive doe so I say go for it cause there looking for it. MIke
