Well I'm no pro but here you go. Whether it be a blind or stand be sure to set it up for the
most common winds in your area. If there is a good tree in bow range I would usethat but if not
by all means set up the blind. Thats really your personal choice. Good job on finding the good spot
and good luck to you. Let us know if you get one.

If the ground is clear and you can set the blind up about 15-20 yards off of the trail then you are good to go. If you cant get that far from the trail and the brush will affect shooting then get up in the tree. Good luck getting him.

From my experience, most "well traveled" deer trails are made by does, fawns, and small bucks. I'm by no means saying not to hunt the trail, but just be aware that finding a big buck traveling that trail would be pretty unlikely.

If it were me I'd go with a treestand. Even though there are trails there doesn't guarantee the deer will be using them. Using a tree stand will give a better view overall. I've seen does come down trails but the bucks following were sneakingdown their own path.

Stick with those trails because where there are does then soon the bucks will follow! Hunt the wind! Have it in your face and the trail in front of you. Always have the wind, upwind of you! Good luck!
