Turkey\Deer

Ok earlier this season I sat up a feeder in a spot that I thought was pretty good for deer. But now there is about 25 turkey that just sit around it and wait for it to go off and when it does they just tear it up. Do you think the deer are still coming to it or do I need to put another feeder somewhere else?

Ive never owned a feeder or had any experience with them but heres an idea. Can you change the time the feeder goes off when its just getting dark. The turkeys should be on the roost when its getting dark. That way, the deer have all night long to come by it.

yes if theres any left the deer will get itduring the night, but do as ducsauce said
