to all you summit viper, xl, 180 users

I picked up a Summit Goliath X5 this year, and after some dorking around figuring out a goodroutine to get it set up and ready to climb, if found it to be an excellent stand. I need the extra size and weight limit of the Goliath, and I've found it to be a very comfortable stand that is easy to climb with, rock stable and quiet. I am a touch scared of heights, but the Goliath is so solid that I forget I'm up in a tree and I'm very confident with it.

I know that this is a bit longer and more drawn out then most treestand posts, but just by looking at pics (haven't had the opportunity to look closely at them in person), is there enough room for you to move around with the seat down? I know someone that can get me a viper for about $160-$180 (new). yeah, just a little off the top.

on the viper the seat slides back out of the way when you stand up almost automatic, all I doo is stand and back against the tree and the seat goes back towards the tree and that leaves room to shift my feet whereever needed. the Viper is the best all around tree stand I have ever used. I have two of them now.
