Got some bad news for ya PaBowhntr. Accu-weather is calling for rain throughout eastern Pa. for the ENTIRE week!!!! Dang-it!!!! Hey, my wife is from the Lehigh Valley, actually further north towards the Poconos. Where are you at? Now, we live about 30 miles NW of Philly just below Pottstown. Good luck!

I know...I know. But they are only calling for intermittent sprinkles tomorrow morning. Tomorrow night is another matter and I am looking for a reason to take the day off.

I live about 30 minutes Northwest of Allentown, just this side of the Blue Mountain.

There's only ONE News Dude in Baltimore, Norm, the archer(3 or 4 time) national champ in fingers class.

I went out Saturday too. I was about 30 minutes late getting to my stand due to sitting in the truck waiting for a slack period. As soon as it slacked off a bit me and my buddy headed for our stands. I was able to get up and get the porta-roof up before it started back up. It really wasnt't bad with the porta-roof and I saw game. I had three fawns come by at 11 AM by themselves, don't know where momma was. Later in the day I had a small spike under my stand begging for me to put him out of his misery but I let him have a free pass and I also saw a BIG bobcat at 40 yds.. I'll be back for him come November when he is in season. My buddy took a doe at 11:45. I told him I must be crazy before we left the truck because I never see game when I hunt in the rain but all in all it wasn't bad. It was only the second chance I had to get out since the season started and I was determioned the rain wasn't going to stop me.

Hey Frank just so you know, you can attach up to three files per post. That way you don't have to make so many!

Beautiful country out there by the way. It really looks like things are coming into full color already. Around here things are juuuuust starting to noticeably turn.

Oh yeah - I'll respond to your emails tonight too!
