couldnt believe my eyes,... Is that a white Buck
The other day it was windy, not much was goin on. Im slowly scanning the brush for movement as the wind made it impossible to hear. Back and forth im looking and i realize that there is something white behind some thick brush. I didmissed it and kept looking. 5 or 10 min went by and I looked and it was still there. I thought " I dont remember anything white in that direction". I kept looking........ it stood up. It was a massive white buck. 20'' + spread, Out well past the ears. It might, might have had some brown on its neck but im not sure. The deer got up and walked out of sight over the ridge. It felt like time froze. Seeing a big buck is something in itself but a possible albino or pie ball. lets put it this way, i had to pick my bottom jaw off my lap. I never saw him before. God I hope he comes back. Thats a trophy of a lifetime!

That is awesome...did ya even try to call to him, you might have turned him around and walked him right into ya like reeling them in on a string..?
I had a piebald doe I hunted exclusively a couple years back...had her under 50 yards 5 times but never had a shot...I passed up some decent bucks hoping to see/get her. The first time I saw her I wondered whose dog was in these woods until I realized it was traveling with a couple other does.....she was like a ghost.....usually showing up out of no where and with all that white, it's amazing....good luck.

I have only seen two piebalds in my life and both were does...neither was hunting. On a related note though I did just have a customer report to me two nights ago that he swears he saw a melanistic doe relatively close to my home. I would love to spot that area and try to get a picof it.

i was after an albino doe once, but with no luck. thought i was gonna get to shoot one in rifle season, once. it came trotting thru the woods heading right for me. about the time i scoped it, i heard a bell ringing. damn,[:@]the neighbor's goat was loose!!
