Congratulations! Where in NC do you hunt? I generally hang out at the Falls of Neuse-Butner gamelands (in Raleigh), or else a friend's private 60 acres nearby.
I hunt in Rockingham County at the very northwestern tip right outside of Ruffin. At least thatis where I took this deer. I also hunt in Randolph County and in S.C.

BTW. Thx guys from the congrats. I will def. post more pics on here if I get anything else this season. I've seen some nice bucks from this area on my cameras and will be going after them as soon as it gets near November.

Well done on the first of the year. What kind of a light are you using? I have the trophy ridge light on my site and it too was very bright, so I took a black magic marker and put a big spot on the bulb. It works like a charm. I also only use my light when completely necessary.
I am using an impact archery sight with the blue/purple light that is an accessory with the sight. I had black electrical tape on it, but it still shines out of every place I don't have tape. It's too difficult to cover up because the sight is transparent. The sight is bright enough for just about every situation, but I just thought it was cool to have on there.
