Default i got a doe

on friday i got my second bow kill...a year and a half doe.
shot her at 20yds give or take a yard...she was spooked by a spike which i didnt' see when i released so it wasn't the best of shots but we found her about 50yds away....i wish the shot would have been better but shebled out pretty quickand it put some much needed meat into my freezer.
huntnma will now be known as "Scooby"....lol...she was my trackin' dog.

Congrat fl, if she only went 50 yards then the shot couldn't have been that bad. Heck, one doe I shot with my bow looked like a terrible hit, she was quartering away and turned when I shot, my arrow hit right in front of her back leg but angled up into the vitals and that doe didn't even go 15 yards. Just because a shot doesn't look perfect doesn't mean that it isn't very lethal. Congrats again, now lets see some pics.

i really don't want to post pics.(plus i don't know how to-lol)..she was a tad on the skinny side...lol.
she looked a lot bigger than she was...and the shot was bad...lethal but bad...i'm definitely not proud of the shot but thrilled that we found her and found her so close.
i'm hoping Scooby (formerly known as huntnma (lol)) gets one too...it's definitely her time. I saw a buck I named "Jr." which she'll be able to hunt this up coming weekend if she wants. It's a NICE buck and he's in the same area as the 10pt I shot last muzzleloader season. They've got to be related.Hopefully she'll get him.
