I don't care for it much, but my Dad loves it smoked, so I voted yes because I save it for him.

I never ate it til last year, then I took one and slow cooked it with some onions and potatoes, and dang is it good, won't ever throw one away again!

Ohh.... I LOVE it!! I boil it for a bit and then saute in butter in slices in the fryin pan with onions. Mmmm.... a gem that shouldn't go over looked. Good question bud!

Actually it's the best part of the deer IMO. Cube it up, saute in a little butter/garlic... whew. Most tender meat on the deer. Tasty too.
