Qucik Spin Fletches
I saw some fletches at bass pro shops called Quick Spin. By the look of the package they supposedly look worthwhile. Does anybody have any expierience with them? Thanks

RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
My husband has them and absolutely loves them!! I just use the blazers. They seem to work just fine for me. I've worked in a bow shop a few times and the regulars and die-hards are really into them and swear by them. All I can say is that you are on the right track. Keep researching them until you know if they are what you want to use. Good luck.

RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
They are incredibly heavy, incredibly expensive, not very durable and still don't hold a candle to feathers for arrow control.

RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
i tried them and hated them,,,,they are not very durable,,,,after about 5 or 6 shots they where starting to get wavy and they are verry expensive

Alright thanks guys, ill still keep a look out. What brands do yall recommend then?
|
RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
Durable...no.....heavy....?....improve accuracy.....YES......you decide....we all shoot $10 broadheads what gives on $3 vanes
|
RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
I don't know what is with everybody else, but I FREAKING LOVE QUICKSPINS. I think they work great. As far as the wavy problem and not durable, that's why you don't shoot at the same spot on your target. I think they hold up fine. I would seriously give them a try. They've worked incredibly well for me.

we all shoot $10 broadheads what gives on $3 vanes And feathers still work better than any vane made. That's what I reccomend. A $10 broadhead lasts a heck of a lot longer than vanes do. |

RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
I bought a package of Quickspins and had them put on some of my arrows that I had trashed the vanes when practicing. Love them....accuracy improved.....now when shooting groups....the Quickspins always seem to be in the center of the pile/

RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
They are kinda expensive but I had to see what all
the rave was about,I had 6 done in the 4" and 6 in the smaller 2.5"?? Anyway, I found that the larger ones were way too heavy and had a fluttering sound in mid flight. The smaller ones ARE awsome ! increased accuracy ,flatter trajectory! if they could only make the material a little thinner(lighter) they would be perfect IMO. I still prefer my FLEXFLETCH'S though. |
RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
Im using them this year, they are preforming flawlessly for me!
|
RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
They are like deathly expensive at around $24 a pack though right? Correct me if Im wrong!
|
RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
You can get enough to fletch a dozen
for about that shipped. $19.99 +S&H for 36 of them. they have 4" , 2.5" ,and ultra small 1.5" I like the 2.5 but I just might have to try the 1.5 's on my CX Linejammers. They're the same size as the Mini-Blazers. Check out www.Keystonecountrystore.com |
RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
I shot them last year and they were ok. I'm shooting Blazers this year and for me the Quikspins do not compare to the Blazers. The Blazers are flying unbelievable well for me and are exremely durable.
Shoot what you like and works for youI always say! |

RE: Qucik Spin Fletches
I tested both the QuikSpins and the Blazers and was far more impressed with the Blazers. With the Blazers I stacked my arrows right with my fieldpoints but the QS fletched arrows grouped a few inches off and not as tightly. IMO QS are not worth the money.
