I took this doe quartering away at 20yds.It feels good to have gotten the first deer in the freezer soearly in the season.Can't wait for number 2. I was blown away by the performance of my new Spitfire broadheads ... complete pass threw andshredded everything in its path.

dont worry bout the pic. just about everyone of mine are taken like that. everyone in here is a hunter and have seen deer in all its forms. we are not professional photographers so if i was you i wouldnt care one bit what someone said about the pic. if they dont like it then they can go to another post. oh and congrats on the doe i hope i get a crack at one tomorrow

Was she really that fat or is she bloated from not being field dressed right away?
