STRAP ON TREE STEPS

I have never used strap on steps.... I think I have to this year because I will not be able to screw in a step with my left hand....

ANY SUGGESTIONS ON THESE STEPS ? Brands ? Pro's and cons ?
TIPS and tricks ???

Thanks guys

RE: STRAP ON TREE STEPS

Rather than using strap on steps, how about strap on climbing sticks?

I've heard some horror stories with the strap on steps. Now this could have been all user problems but I've heard if you don't get them on tight, they can give. I personally am not a fan of them but I've never used a really good set. I mostly use climbers and an occasional screw in step. I'm looking into purchasing climbing sticks for all my loc on stands instead of steps.

My only problem with the sticks is I like to go as light and un-noticable as possible and have a 'hang-up' on the strap on ladders, sticks - worried the old buck may notice them..... I know people use them with success Im sure......I just had a question about them...... but your right, its a better alternative than one I was thinkin
