Just ordered my first climber what you think

I want the ability to follow the deer on public land once the season starts and they change routes. So i bought this stand! It is really light and I hear Summit is a good brand, my only question is how many trees can i take on with 8'-20" ability?

What you guys think, any tips on packing it out or climbing?

You will be very happy with it. I bought a tree lounge and loved it. Very easy to climb but the bow hunting platform was toooo small, I have size 14 feet and I couldn't even move around when i stood up. The sumit stands are great. Make sure when you put it on the the base of the tree that you angle it up a lot, because the tree tapers as you get higher and it will level out. It will also take you a lot of practice to get it down right so just go out to some trees before season and climb them. Have fun make sure you were you saftey harness while you are climbing up the tree, just put the tree strap around the tree losely and slide it up as you climb.

You'll be quite pleased with that little stand... It's the same platform all their upper-end stands are based on; they basically jazz them up a little with some more padding and stuff, but you've got all you'll need right there.

I've got both the Cobra and the Viper (I've really got one bottom and the top of both; can only use one at a time) and there's not too much I can't climb. The range of tree size you ask about is generous enough; you'll soon identify which ones as way too big to even try to get the cables around. On the bottom end of the range, you'll pretty much be limited as to how small a tree you actually feel comfortable being in.
