Is Brushed Tricot noisy>?

Just wondering, was looking at the Whitewater Fleece sherpa jackets and bibs from basspro..

I don't have the garment in question but "tricot" sounds like some type of cotton blend. Though I personally do not like cotton because of its lack of colorfastness I will most definitely say that it is one of the softest and generally quietest hunting fabrics available.
