altho i plan on getting more than one deer i have my eye on a doe who busted me 4 times in the past 2 years i would also like to have me or my son get a really big buck i seen on a friends farm

I want to take my first deer with a bow, I would like to get a particular buck I've been watching. I want to take a doe for the freezer. I want to leave my gun at home all year, and i want to improve the place I hunt. That said, if I fail to realise any of those goals , I want to enjoy the outdoors and get closer to God.

I would like to again just take one buck and one doe. I have additional tags for rifle but really don't care much if I fill them.

for archery i would like to just get a deer.... any deer. for gun and bow combined i would like to kill more than one.

i'm after a certain buck....i'm just afraid that i'll end up getting so wrapped up in this buck that i'll waste all of my energies on him.

Last season I didn't fill my any deer tag for archery with a buck, so this year I'm going for a BIG buck since we are having our own big buck contest. I harvested 2 does with my bow last season, and it was a rush. So this year I am planning on one big buck with bow, either west river or east river and a doe or 2 with bow as well.

To take a doe on my primary lease and then after that try to hold out for a personal goal on that place of at least 8 points and 3.5 yo. I know that sounds like a low standard. But my primary lease is paper land w/ wayy too many hunter on it come guns season.
Personally after the doe i'd just assume start hunting the pigs, they eat better anyways.

On my two December day lease hunts I'll be looking for a nice one.

I'd really like to take a few nice does with good shots. After that then I will decide on a buck. 1st year of bow so I really want to do it right.
