I know a guy from work that is part native american. He has mentioned doing this in the past (hanging the nads in a tree). I've never done it. I save them for dinner instead.

Truth be told, this fella I know from work apparently does hage the testis in a tree after the kill. I personally give thanks to God for the experience and (hopefully) the clean kill, then get to work with field dressing and dragging.

I've read that Native Americans would place the rack of the deer in a tree as a token of thanks and honor. I thank the deer for the chase, the memories of the hunt, and then fill up camp with the aroma of fresh backstraps.

That is funny. Just dangle them there 1 inch from his posted sign and tell him you recovered it off of his property when he wasn't looking. If he gets mad and comes after ya throw them at him and tell him he's NUTS
