Next Season he will be a nice buck, for IL that is probably a below average deer, I would let him pass, but it all depends on the area you hunt!

Most areas i hunt he is going down without a doubt. But one area we are hunting which is 300 acres has atleast 5 bucks much bigger than that so I would pass on him there. Great lookin deer. Go for it.

I wouldn't pass him up on my property or public land. I'd pass him up on your place if you told me not to shoot him ahead of time.[8D] Otherwise, he's dead again.:D When I went to Ohio I passed up one just like him at 12 yards the last night of my huntbecause I knew there was bigger around. I gladly came home with all my tags.... but around here he's dead.
