Hunt hard and the rewards come easy. Ain't no shame in being a warrior. What ever it takes.

Shoot, 3 weeks! Is that it? Why was I thinking I had longer? I better get out there and shoot a bit. I have been working on everyone elses' bows and their shooting that I have not had time to work on my own.

my lease is in Colmesniel Texas. west of Jasper. I am about 1 mile from the old Goerge Jones House and i hunt rite behind it on the lease back there. I went walking today and saw 2 nice bucks. I have never taken a deer with my bow, and am having the itch like crazy. We had a chance to arrow 2 hogs this morning but passed because we had already killed 1 and had to clean it. They are tearing one of my stand UP!! Looks like a tactor has been disc'n they had rooted so much. Saves me the trouble of cuttin the grass tho=)
