I moved my camera to the woods behind the new house im moving into and this particular buck comes in with full velvet, in the second picture he is rubbing the tree in the back left and in the third he is completely out of velvettime stamps on other phos prove he did it within 15 mins but these are the best pics of him....

I knew that once they started to rub, they tried to get it done quick, but i thought it was over the course of a couple hours, i had no idea it could be done that quick. I guess a bigger buck would take longer though.

A little longer than 15 minutes but definitely faster than I had ever guessed. Those are some great pics. It is really neat to be able to see so much more of the whitetail's world with these cameras.

theres a picture of him at 5 40 with full velvet and no velvet at 6 15 so mayb a little longer then 15 minutes but still pretty amazing

Maybe he just pulled the velvet off like a pair of dirty socks?
