Replace 35MM camera With Digital?

Has anyone tried to replace the 35MM camera in a cheapo Stealth Cam with a Digital camera? Would it be worth it?

I haven't tried it but would be interested to see if it could be done. Is it even possible to separate the camera from the rest of the unit?

you mean physically? I don't think it would be worth it. buy the time you get a camera figure it all out, Ill bet you would spend more than what a digital cost. I got a cheapo steath wildview for 99 dollars and it tells me what is in the woods.
and it ain't him down there either.

I have both a cheapo Stealth and a Moultrie digital. Both take great pics. I use the digital in WV because I don't get to go there all the time and remove film. THe Stealth is great, but saving money in film makes a digital worth the extra money.
