i found out today that i will be missing the opening of bow season.... my boss is sending me to orlando for 4 days. i guess i will hafta enjoy it while im there but im sure i will have nightmares about all the opportunities i will be missing....

Opening day isnt the only day to hunt, you have the whole season to hunt my friend. Enjoy Florida though.

At least your wife didn't plan your wedding on opening weekend and your honeymoon the week after. Not to mention that our honeymoon was on the Outer Banks of North Carolina during Hurricane Floyd!:(

Opening day.......Theres more of them years ahead.

Looks like I may miss the opening months. Im getting ready to get sent down to help on the clean-up for hurricane Katrina.

I missed the first month last year helpingcleanup after hurricane Jean. But the way I look at it im getting paid well and helping out all those that need it. A small sacrafice to give compared to those that live through this stuff.
