It's funny how a deer's nose works, A deer can smell and seperate and then recognize over 250 different scents at the same time where we as humans can only do one or two. you will never be able to fully "cover" your scent. The best thing a hunter can do is try to eliminate as much of your natural scent as possible, and the biggest thing is use the wind.. Stay down wind......

I've had good luck with Tinks and BuckStop products. I've had better success with dominate buck luresthan I have with doe in estrous lures.

Skunk scent is an alarm/defense scent and I'm sure deer know that. I think it'll put them on alert for whatever caused Mr. Skunk to spray and just make them more nervous and harder to get.

I want to try and disappear when I'm in the woods, so I don't use any scent at all.

Butt. I simple pass gas while hunting.

Actually I just use scent eliminators.

A lot of good info. I had a guy tell me to leave something with your scent in the hunting area.... That way they will get used to your scent. Maybebe a little less alert.
I made a cd and played some grunts with a walkman and computer speakers (battery). It worked at 3 different locations,but it only worked once. After that, nothing.. zilch, nada. I even saw 3 run.
Anyone ever use that code blue standing estrous? Do you have the nerve to say you paid $36.00 for a bottle of piss. Truthfully, if it worked better, I would use it to get an edge on my hunting buds.
