Robinhood!

I know this is old hat for most of you, but I was pretty excited about getting this robinhood on our 3-D deer at 20 yards this morning. Didn't have the camera at the time so I took the pic after I pulled the arrow. Hope I shoot this good during season!

Yeah, it definitely makes me feel a little better about the opener on Saturday.Although shootingin the woods and at the range are two totally different experiences!

Congrats! I, too, was excited some years ago when I tuned my latest bow and was outside practicing. Afetr about 20 minutes I heard a clink and walked to the target to see one long arrow. It was exciting for a few minutes, then I was a bit bummed as I realized 2 arrows were basically taken out of service.

Now, I make sure to either shoot one arrow at a time or aim for several different spots on my target so this does not occur again or I nip the vanes.
