I like the rocky buckstalker and the lacross burly ats . Does anyone have a opinion on these?

I have a pair of LaCrosse boots. I can't remember what model but they are 17 inchers. Work great in warm weather like early bow season. But you'll get frostbite on your toes if it's freezing weather! I have a pair of Rocky Snowstalkers I use for cold weather hunting. By the way, don't believe that rubber boots will COMPLETELY eliminate human odor. Last year I had walked a dry creek bed to a stand site. While in the stand I had a samll 6 point walk by. He dropped down into the dry creek bed. When he got to where I had walked he came to a sudden stop and put his nose right in a track I had left. He didn't spook but I could tell it made him nervous! His tail came up and he started looking around. But he lost interest quickly and continued on.

Hunt hard or go home !

Lacrosse for me too! I have big calves and ankles, and the Lacrosse were the only ones that made a style big enough to fit me comfortably.

the rubber boot are great for erly bow season when the season get colder the rockeys are the way to go i will never buy another boot unless i can't afour it ...
