Had a little time left over today so I did a little glassing and scouting an area I plan to hunt this year in Missouri.

First I view 4 does in a field.

Then 4 nice bucks.

Finally 1 doe and two fawns.

Pictures are not great, but this officially starts my 2005 season as I put boots on the ground as of August 20th in Missouri.


Smallest of the 4 bucks together.


Biggest of the four bucks.


Biggest body was on this deer and had a good spread.

Not to sound derogatory but why have you chosen to start scouting now as opposed to earlier this month, last month, etc...?

Definitely looks like you have some potential for your area.
