I bought carbon express arrows 60-75 31 inches long ,but i dont know what to use 100 grain or 125. grain please help. any info is appreciated.

I need alot more info on what bow your shooting , draw weight , draw length , and what length you plan on cutting the arrows down to (31" is a little long in most circumstances).
