Im down to 2 arrows they are the carbon excel by easton Ive got to buy some more. I was wondering what kind of arrows everybody used.

Just got cx maxima little pricy but i am so pleased with these, they just replaced my GT's and i couldnt be happier.. O they look sweet too.

I will probably be the only one but I shoot the RedHead CarbonMaxx 3000.


This will be the second year shooting this arrow and I have nothing but good to say about it. It is made for Bass Pro Shop by Carbon Express it has a +- .003 and +- 1 or 2 grains per dozen and also has the same Buff Tuff finish as the Carbon Express. All for about $70 a dozen:D

Carbon Express CX200's. I bought some Maximas to try out but haven't gotten to them yet.

alwyshntn, nothing wrong with the CarbonMaxx's. They are he same as the Carbon Express Maximas and are $20 cheaper. Just stay away from the Carbon Furys, they are seconds. The Carbon Supremes are the same as the Terminators.

I would only use three, easton 3-71's or beaman carbon metal matrix or the new carbon express maxis arrows. I'm a big fan of the alum inside and carbon exterior. But carbon express arrows are some of the toughest arrows in the world. You can't go wrong with any of the three

I am probably the only one with these as well, but I shoot Patriots and Super Carbons now. Was a GT shooter for years, but really like these two brands better.

xx75 2213's with unibushings and feather fletch. If I shoot carbons it would be Nitro stingers, yellow or orange or beman ICS. I was thinking about trying the PSE arrows though.

Normally I shoot aluminums because that is what I can afford and they are easeir to work on with the tools I have. I don't have an arrow saw. I use a tubing cutter on the the aluminums. And I like using hot melt glue over epoxy.

Not to mention for the price they are usually better arrows out of the box.

GT 7595 pro hunter (advantage hunter). Although the look cool I got the camo shafts to pick up an additional .8 gpi. With a 29.75" shaft I pickep up almost 25g (23.80g).

I have them professionally crested white and electric blue (Penn State colors) and fletched with feathers, not vanes - 2 white, 1 blue.

Nothing beats seeing that white flash disappear behind a deer's shoulders. I get hungry just thinkin' about it.

Cabela's carbon hunters (black). They are fast and work great.

I shot Carbon Express 3D Selects with 3gr per inch weight tubes installed. They are expensive.
