Do a search for Back Tension, you'll come up with a lot of results.

As for follow through, mainly the way I look at it is maintaining your form after the shot.

In other words, once you release that arrow you should be in the same position you were in before the shot.

Dont: 1. Lower your bow arm.
2. Lower your release arm.
3. Move the bow in any way intentionally to see where the arrow went.

Do: 1. Be relaxed.
2. Allow the bow to tilt forward in your hand.

I'm sure the others will have more to throw in, but that's just how/what I do.

The bow doesn't necessarily need to tilt forward, no. You just need to be relaxed enough with your bow hand/arm that you're not gripping it after the shot. Let the bow go where the bow wants.

I had a hell of a time trying to get my dad to relax his grip on the bow after the shot, but once he finally did that his groups tightened up considerably. He would grip the bow right at the shot causing his groups to open up a bit more than they should have.

Just make sure you're completely relaxed.

The next few times you go out to shoot, try not worrying about where the arrow goes.

Do like I said in the other post. Concentrate on certain aspects of shooting. I listed them for you in the other post. Don't worry about where the arrow is going so much as what you're doing before and after the arrow leaves the bow.
