Double Bull Matrix

Hey everyone i have just a quick question, i am thinking about buying a Double Bull Matrix blind for my upcoming archery deer season in Iowa. Here is my question. Do you still have to brush up the blind, even though there are no black holes for the deer to see and be spooked by. You guys are a really big help on here i know someone will have the answer.

Thanks in advance,
Kyle

Yes, you need to break up the outline. I saw The Wild Outdoors on the outdoor channel and they had the blind covered in evergreen tree branches. Try and find a tree that the blind can sit up under then place a few branches or duckoflauge over the top. Deer may detect the outline of the blind if you do not.

I think it depends on the area that you hunt. In Texas the deer are spooky and you have to brush them in , but in other parts of the country where the deer are lees spooky it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes sir, you've got to break up the roof outline of the DB blinds. The deer seem to easily pick up onthe horizontal line in their surroundings. After all, that's exactly how we actually spot the deer most of the time. Brush it in a little and keep the window closed and you should be good.
