You are shooting a fall away rest, and shouldn't have any clearance issues with your rest. Is it possible the vanes are hitting a cable?

it also could be you have your rest set up to high and when it drops it is still hitting, I had the same problem with my drop away I had to move my knock point up and then raise my rest up so it will drop down farther so the vanes will not hit

Try putting lipstick on all three vanes, and you should be able to pinpoint exactly where the contact is occuring. Also, if you are shooting cock vane up, have you tried down, and vice versa? Also, have you tried cock vane to the left or right?

i did try ,up and down left vane cock and i did try lipstick on the prongs , if my vane cock is down i am hitting the righttip of the prongs and the lower ringhtprong, if i go cock vane up i am hitting the both prongs , they set my knock perfect 90 degrs.i think jeremy is right move the knock point up!

Yep. Your timing is off with your rest and it is not dropping out of the way. I am not familiar with this rest, but it may be the cable is tied to high up on the down pulling cable, causing the rest to fall to late. In other words, possibly there is too much slack in the line.
