Cabela's broadheads made by who?

Has anyone used them before, I was just passing some time and looking at the bowhunting catalog. The Lazer Supreme sure look like Muzzy's and I would guess that Muzzy makes them, but I wouldn't bet on it. They sell for $21.99 per six. If they are in fact made by muzzy's that is a whole lot cheaper than the muzzy price for six. Anyway has anyone used them and tested them out? If so what is your experience with them. Thanks Jason

I have just recently bought the F3 100 Grain broadheads and the wrench that they included to tighten the broadheads down with is made by Rocket.
So i assume that Rocket makes their broadheads.

Rocket does make their F3 broadheads but I am not sure who makes their laser strikes and laser pro heads. If I had to venture a guess I'd say Satellite???????

They don't have the same type of blade retention system as a Muzzy does. Looks as though they simply lock under the tip and under the ring at the base of the head.

I have a friend that works there. He says that Lasers are made by Satellite. From what he says if you look up replacement blades for Satellite broadheads in the Cableas computer system it recommends using the Cableas Laser blades for replacements.

I know a lot of people dislike Satellite broadheads, but I have always shot the Cabelas Mini Laser Pro's and never had a problem. They shoot straight.

I also have used the mini lasers for years and cleanly killed a number of deer. But I have a new bow this year and I am going to try the Montec G5. any body have any coments on these broadheads?

The Montec's are one heck of a good strong head. I have not used them but I know from others testing them that they will take a beating and keep cutting!

Yep, it depends on which Cabelas heads you are talking about. Some made by Rocket, apparently another by Satellite and for a time there I was sure they had a few by Gametracker. Most are normally priced a little bit less than the actual brand name heads.
