RE: bow ownership regs
Welcome to the board.......Bows are deadly weapons, they're not the toys some belive. I don't know if there are any formal regulations, but if you treat them as any other firearm, you shold be ok.

RE: bow ownership regs
Sarge, welcome to the boards. Is the question posted as HNI Visitor yours. I answered it with the Game Comm. definition of bow, arrow and broadhead as for hunting within the state of PA as I see you are from by your profile.
PA has no regulations for owning a bow. See your HNI Visit thread for same question or check your PA digest for a the definition. Welcome again. http://forum.hunting.net/bbs/topic.a...63&FORUM_ID=19 Good Luck and Good Shooting Rob Edited by - Rob/PA Bowyer on 09/23/2002 07:54:24 |

Welcome to the boards!
As DFA said, felons can own bows. Bo and Luke Duke were on probaition for "runnin' shine" but Roscoe let them run all over Hazard with them!:) SF |
RE: bow ownership regs
There's no regs for owning a bow,but to hunt with one during the archery season you have to have an archery stamp.
