I have looked all over but can't find the list. Can someone list all 28 species in the super slam. thanks

in ordder to do the slam do they have to be pope and young?

Not that I'm aware of. If I remember right, Chuck Adams' Super Slam didn't consist of all P&Y animals.

yeah. a good bit of them were P & Y but they don't have to be to be eligible for the Super Slam.

The Super Slam consists of North American game only. Here is the 28 recognized by Pope-Young Club.

It would be an awesome quest!!A questthat I would gladly pursue if money was no object. Realistically though, there are a few species that don't intrest me at all but I would love to give it a go. They do NOT have to ALL be P&Y qualifying animals and only a couple of the Super Slammers have accomplished that feat.

Africa has MANY more species than this list however they do have a recognize an African Slam that is comprised of around 35 species. I know Game Trackers Bob Eastman has done it.

Personally I would like a few mini Slams of my own and one would be the Grand Slam of Deer by taking all 5 species. Another Slam that I dream of with my bow is the N.W.T.F Turkey Grand Slam by bowkilling all 4 species in the U.S.. That seems like it would be plenty to keep a bowhunter busy!
