Neat pic BM! Better make sure your doors are shut!! If you happen to wake up in the middle of the night to heavy breathing..... it's NOT you're ol' lady!!!

Frank,
When I contacted the PGC, the officer I talked to said that for some reason, he has got more calls in the past two weeks about bears than he usually gets a whole year.
Cornfed, don't worry buddy, we got the doors shut and all the windows closed! I wouldn't mind having two girlfriends but I don't want one of them to be a bear
Hankfan,
I am gonna get my bear tag this year and got out after them. I know where a few nice bears have been running around this year and one of them I saw this spring was a BIG boar. I would love to have a bear skin rug on my floor!

Bear season opens around Thanksgiving sometime, not exactly sure of the date. There is no baiting here in PA and it is only a three day season. It makes it very hard for a guy to get a bear, but I am pretty sure I figured out where this sow is staying. Here is a question for you bear hunters, would these cubs be old enough in Nov. to make it on their own?

I wouldn't put too much ammonia in those balloons, if I were you. If liquid ammonia (ammonium hydroxide) or a sufficient amount of ammonia fumes get in the bears eyes it could cause permanent eye damage and possible blindness.
Maybe your DNR will come out and relocate the bear if it creates any more problems.
